Will this game allow more players in future ?

Like title says, i really hope this game will keep its large maps, even get bigger maps, and be like 50-100 players. You guys know anything about that or will it always be just 12 players ?

I got lag and low fps on one server, another server i 120fps all the time and no lag.
Also right now the game is in EA.

I hope and im specting it. Savage was much fun with 100 players, the franchise ruined when they lowered the servers to 32 players in Savage Resurrection. 12 players for this genre is ridiculous, in what strategy you build an army with 12-16 units?

The dev has said there will be an update at the end of the week which will include increasing the player cap to 32.

if there's dedicated servers with good connections this would be possible. but p2p over steam? i'm not sure if that's even feasible.

thers already 24 or more player servers for the main mode (not sure how but hey that shows its possible)

You can do 32 player servers right now. You have to go about doing it a strange way but it’s possible. Also this game needs more advertising so the population goes up

People know about it but most BI/BS fans don't really care about all the side projects.

I really dont care or don't 'want' 100 players, but yeah with the patch today, I think 36 players is really good for a number.
Past that ? Your CPU will cry and the game just ascend to a new dimension (negatively), so not now at least and I don't think 100 is necessary.

I think 64 is a good number to try and reach, 32v32 or 16v16v16v16 or potentially a 8v8v8v8v8v8v8v8 which would be chaos

maybe then servers for people with bad CPU's for gaming (cough cough amd) we all kno amd is for workstations where they are superior but intel are for games and for people with CPU's that are good for gaming like Intel
