Bug: Mouse stops working

It's happened twice now on Sunday 7th, at 3pm when I go into the AFK bar my mouse just completely stops working only in-game. It means I can't record a video that day at all. And I'm about to have to repeat the day a third time. The mouse works outside of the game, just not inside it.

One time, the mouse stopped working only on the settings menu, but still worked on the phone. Then after I opened the phone the next time, it wasn't working on the phone either.

I tried to contact you through support but it said it couldn't send my message. Regardless, it's a bit invonvenient to have to contact support and give you my email to contact me back for what could just be a simple workaround or suggestion.

Is there anyway to restore my mouse in-game, or at least to play the game only using a keyboard? I don't even mind if I have to plug in a controller.

Hi Vince, just had to quit the game because of this issue. Just to say, you"re not alone.

I also had this issue, couldnt click on anything; food, items, even the setting buttons in main menu didn't work.

Seems like it's a pretty common bug. It's unfortunate because you can do lots of things with only a keyboard, but not creating videos... even though all you need to do is select options.

As a result, this bug is just absolutely paralysing and I've gotten it three times, all on the same day at the same time.

I tried changing the control options, but I don't think there are other options? At least, if there are, I couldn't change them. Is keyboard and mouse the only controller option?

I plugged in a controller, I'm gonna see if this works.

Yes, seems there is an issue that happens sometimes when entering AFK on Sundays when playing with keyboard & mouse. We are already working on it. Meanwhile if you can plug in a controller you can solve this situation. Please apologize for the inconvenience cause.

Hey, this bug is still going on, but now instead of the mouse just not working i get a phantom mouse effect, where things get clicked randomly, it caused me to have to redo my scooter license

When you say that things get click randomly, do you mean it happens without you clicking on anything? Or does it just click on the wrong place?
