its not completed the publish Photo PlayCon

so I captured photo and put the #PlayCon but says its not completed tried it few times. Am I doing it right

Manually adding a tag will probably no work. You will have to take photo where the tag is automatically added, e.g. by taking one in front of one of those big PlayCon adds.
