Questions!! Progress issue and other complaints

I'm wondering if any PC users have experienced the same issues I've had?
This is all issues I have experienced playing on switch. Opted since I don't have access to my PC.

-Adam is still stuck at two hearts, meaning I can't progress/get the last NT code I need. For example, when I talk, gift, or take a picture with him, nothing happens. The heart meter doesn't even appear. Unless I have to do something, I think my game is broken and starting over is going to be tedious, time consuming and painful...
Finished Joy's quests and, nearly every other NPC is at 8/10 hearts with completed quests (that might relate to adam) and other NPCS at 3-4/5 hearts.

-STORAGE and DISSAPEARING items!
EX: Placing a comic on the floor and accidentally placing it in storage during decor mode. Going back into storage, the item literally dissapears. Really annoying especially if it's an important item or special item you can't buy... RIP Robin's first comic.
Not only does the object disappear, it has no image but visablg takes up space in storage.

-Other than that, constant game crashes and getting stuck in-game and needing to exit and reboot.

Would like to update:
-restarted a new game, Adam friendship actually above 2 hearts now. Which makes it game-breaking for previous save.
-won a free ticket to Playcon but on day of, the lady is missing from her stand and red rope is barring the entrance (which was not a problem for me during my first playthrough). Unless, I have to specifically be there day of and or missed getting into the con which makes no sense...--this game really needs to be tested for all these bugs and glitches.
