Graffiti at Gianni's

Every time I try to Graffiti the wall next to Gianni's it doesn't complete the quest. Am I doing something wrong?

i have same problem i think it's a bug.
i figured it out if you graffiti just go and talk gigi after its finishes that guest.

If you have the paint and it dosent complete its probably a bug.

Paint it and go back to the lady gave your the mission

As user Gamer stated, you need to return to the quest giver after completing the graffiti. This is something common trough out the game, most of the quests require you to return to the original person that started it in order to mark the task completed and receive your reward.
