Edit: I got told that dodging is key when fighting Baal when he spams light attacks on basic units which makes sense why I have trouble fighting him.
Please don't listen to baby survivors who refuse to git gud (again) and take the game to a very unhealthy state (again).
My only wish is you remove prestige system and re-work older demons (Necromancer and Warlord).
They really need to get rid of prestige as clearly the game is not designed for it, especially survivors getting 30 skill points each.
Edit: I will also add my opinion of the update here:
They should not put back MMR because Survivors are still at huge advantage too.
First balance the game around high level THEN put MMR back on. It was on pre-Baal and 80% of Demon mains quit which lead to 20+ minutes queue times, that's why it was removed.
MMR is a must in any vs multiplayer game. If you need to crush noob survivors so bad, then play against your 6yo cousins.
So easy to win matchs with baal, I even got the achievement for winning without using the boss without any problems using the chain trap possession trick.
Easy to win matches because survivors make it easy. It's skill issue not a game balance issue. If you have a problem with "chain trapping" it's because you go alone - skill issue to be honest since all it takes is one bullet to unpossess team mate.
I only ask for survivor nerfs because *GRASP* they are the true power role and have a lot of advantages in their hands. Only time I lose is because me or my team mates played poor.
You don't want MMR but you said later "it's a skill issue". How contradictory of you. It's because that MMR is a must in every single vs multiplayer game.
P.S: Git gud.
Basic units having a zerk mode is nice, I guess it's there as a way to get the whole team to back off. Elite has pretty average performance and Bill is pretty much a spooky pinata, I guess I expected Bill to have some switching stuff and debuffs skills but that's likely hard to implement.
I can see Bill's whole shtick is tailor made to go against the Warrior meta and it definitely works, Ed been a hard counter for the Fear Fest & Mass Paranoia by clearing mobs with AOE weapon is fair. I like how Bill even has a passive to counter Ed's ability too.
All in all I expect to see more SAsh with Ed comps and just more SAsh 2xHunter stack comp in general, on the other hand it's probably better to increase the knock back of traps cause people are complaining getting loop'd by one trap over.
Before I forget though, could the targeting for Demon getting reworked into area scan or priority by sight/camera instead of the wonky proxy lock? You could still often get stuck on things that are behind you when you trying to target things directly in front, really annoying possing a tree instead of the unit you just spawned.
I also agree with the rest of your post, good feedback imo!
I also think Ed especially will shine more with Leader meta, having LAsh for example to nullify Fear.
Well, he's so ridiculously overpowered that I just accept the fact that my team is losing the match every time I see him pop up in the match intro.
He definitely wrecks disorganised solos but I want to know if he's strong against good teams
can the base unit possess combo not be 4 fast hits plox (my opinion i dont need a paragraph response from anyone that arent the devs)
