It's ridiculous how much time you have to put into the game just to max out one character.
I played the game casually over the year and have put in dozens of hours into it but i have yet to max out even one Demon. Never mind the Survivors. Which i barely played.
It will take until you can get the skills up, get used to losing until that point pretty much, but you get better.
It's actually insane. I've put 15 hours into this game since launch and Ruby is level 8 and Cheryl is level 5, everyone else is level 1.
I'd prefer if they did a Dead By Daylight leveling system, that's grindy too but nowhere as bad as this game in terms of grind.
Doesn't sound right, are you spending the points to level up?
Every game played I back out to the collection and update the character I'm playing.
Consider it a learning lesson in knowing how the enemy operates if that helps.
i am but does allocating points increase xp?
Not skill points, spirit points to level up in collection menu.
Ohhhhhhhhhh omg I'm so stupid. I had 300k spirit points. Just maxed out Cheryl and Ruby is now level 20. Well, I'm glad I learned that sooner than later
It's not immediately obvious.
