Rescue Mission Bugged? [SPOILER]

Hello there!

I have been playing the main storyline, but decided to stop and carry on with side quests.. It seems that I am struggling to complete the side quest called "Rescue Mission". I am on "Track survivors" after inspecting the three survivors' note. After that, I struggle to progress with the mission marker.

Does anyone experienced the same issue? Is it a bug?

Hi there!
After inspecting the 3rd note, you're supposed to go back to report to Kate. You don't have the quest objective about that?

Hello there! Thanks for your reply. I have been doing other missions and I can't go back to the place of "Track The Survivors". Is there any path to go? I can't see any at all. Thank you in advance. :)

Hi,
That's weird, you have literally a campfire at the location of the 3rd note of this mission. Didn't you pick it up while you were just next to it?
If you can't fast travel right now, it's ok: there are some missions that's prevent you doing so. Just finish what you're doing right now and see after that ;)
The campfire is located on the west side of the Mill, if you didn't remember.

I haven't seen the Mill Shelter. I believe I would have skipped it without noticing it. As you suggested, I will keep doing other missions and do "Rescue Mission" afterwards.

I was after taking the note where Red mentioned "There are three survivors". I am not sure if there were more notes after that. Then stopped looking because I could not progress and continue other missions instead,

Ah!
I thought you already discovered that part of the map! You still have to find the 3rd note then. Nothing wrong as far as I can see with your screenshot. You just have to progress until you can discover that part of the map.

I have found all the three letters but the quest don't goes on :\ so i think there is a bug after all..

and i don't have the interaction point with the corpse killed by an axe, near the last campfire at 11:30 min

Friendly reminder don't come to the boat before you take this quest, i interract with everything in the boat before that and now i can't progress in the quest
