No checkmarks on hauntings?

I have completed hauntings and few of them have green checkmarks and others don't. I have all hints and all intents on them. What I need to get checkmark? Did I missed some clues or items?

Each of the Haunting cases has one more final 'conclusion' quest (white/gray flag), which once completed will get the checkmark.

Oh so I need to complete thos side quests. Ok, thanks. Wanted to skip them, but now will try to do them then.

I have all green checks except for, The Nurse and Patient. I completed the haunting however I have seen no follow activity/quest up to finalize it.

I'm not sure if you've already gotten the follow-up quest, but it unlocked for me as soon as I finished its haunting quest. I chose to ascend the nurse if that matters.

Still no follow up quest for me :( I blamed the patient that spit in her face and gave her the disease. Not sure what to do. I want to complete all hauntings before the final boss. I have just been clearing the map in hopes a patch will fix my issue.

Figured it out! There are several grey activity markers over nest around the northern fort. If you did the blame like I did you need to fight 3 or 4 nest to track nurse ann wings spirit. This will grant the green checkmark in case anyone blamed the patient like I did.
