Gamebreaking BUG? - A hellbound heart

Does anybody have the same problem?
If you enter the shop where Caleb Watson is.... interact with all items inside,
Find the key to the backdoor... I trigged the chest with the bones and then the letter in the pile.

The quest didnt continues, I googled it and saw some videos, where the quests continues, that you have to talk with Caleb again, but It doesn't matter what I do or search in the house, it won't contiune.

If I talk to Caleb again, it dont trigger anything.
Unfortunelty the quest is needed for progression in the main story.

Any suggestions?

I'm exactly the same, I've gone crazy reloading 2 hours ago where I had the last checkpoint, I can't find a solution either.
