Bug - Unchain Thy Heart Haunting case

I have a what seems to be a bug regarding a haunting case in The Harrows.
Player should get that case by walking near the door as they start to hear noise within the room behind the door but in my case no sound is ever heard and I don't get that case at all.

Question relating to this: Am I able to finisih resurrect oath succesfully if I'm unable to do this haunting case?

I have the same issue, and even progressing in the game did not change anything.

Hey there, thanks for reporting the issue. We are aware of this one and our team is currently looking into it.

As for the oath successful question. Yes, if you skip this single quest, you may be able to finish your oath without an issue. If you skipped other missions, it may be different though.
