i don't know why but i can't open or unzip it at all, maybe the file is corrupted, broken or something.

I use win10 with defender, and it was a bit tricky. I excluded zip files and the download/install folder in the virus checker settings.

Probably your virus protection is blocking unzip and opening. I had the same issue however after fixing this issue with unpacking I can confirm that FOV mod is working great. You can set any FOV you want using F9 and then F4 for lower values.

Not safe, don't use it. People have checked this guy's fov file for RDR2 and it was malicious.

i download zipped mods from nexus mods all the time and i can open or unzip them just fine without any problems so why this specific zip file to be any different ??

If you are using chrome to download, it's probably blocking it, it does it for me

I see that it is CheatEngine script with own interface. CheatEngine scripts are usually blocked by anti-viruses. Works perfectly in the game, you can change FOV and see value in interface and that changes are permanent to the end of the game so it is real plus. But still it will be great if someone will check source of file, unfortunatelly I have not necessary knowedgle to do it :(
