Lucy Barrow's mill

Please help to pass the quest of Lucy Barrow. I've visited her mill and have stopped mill's wheel before the quest started. So when I walkthroughed the quest I stucked at the stage "Find the way to the Lucy Barrow's mill. When I came in to the room at the second floor the quest evidence at the table didn't become active.

the way to fix is to repeat route to the mill's wheel and to imitate a shot
