Stuck - No more decoctions + Unevitable fight

Any idea ?

There's no way to rest.
No way to craft Decoctions.
No way to avoid the fight.

You can try range attack unless you don't have the Musket.
Or simply load saves before the fight.

I ended up lowering the difficulty and could go on.
