I have a skill point available but nowhere to use it

I just hit level 10 and got another skill point. However, there are no skills or abilities I can learn. I only have "Unveil" and "Leap", and all the slots are taken. If I try to take another skill, it removes another one.

How do I get more available skills to select from, please? What am I missing?

You have to continue your mainstory. As you progress the mainstory, atea will learn new abilities that give access to new ability-skilltrees just like the unveil and leap abilitys that you have already unlocked. If you dont continue with the mainquest when you have already unlocked all that there is to unlocked, then you will indeed face the problem, that you have ability points, but no where to spend them.

Thank you. About 10 minutes after I posted this message, I got the new ability for Antea to blast open those impenetable walls and blockades. Now I have more skills to choose from.

Yep! New trees will appear as you progress, with all kinds of new skill n stuff to use point in =)
