Another fun sokoban with different blobs that present unique mechanics. At 300 levels, it suffers from a little bloat with some repetition and gimmicky levels, but there are some real treasures mixed in the bunch. Leans a bit on the easier side, but a fantastic title if you're just getting into the genre. My only real complaint is you restart at the beginning hub every time you load up your game, meaning lots of backtracking for people like me who like to play puzzle games in 10-15 min spurts.

Quick Description:
-Jelly is Sticky is a really well rounded, well designed puzzle game. I'm surprised that this game doesn't get more attention in the logic puzzle space b/c it's a really fun game w/ tons of content. The initial learning curve is pretty straight forward, but the game will ramp up the complexity substantially as you progress. I completed everything from the first 8 chapters and played a hand full of levels from the "Remaining Levels". A new jelly mechanic is introduced every chapter for the first 5 chapters. After this, the game really brings everything together and pushes the boundaries of every mechanic in some really unique ways.

Consensus:
-Solid Game (Tier 3 and makes up 35% of my reviews). I started to feel slightly worn down near chapter 8. This is really my only criticism. It's more of a subjective one, but I didn't feel the motivation to complete the hardest late game content, where in games like The Talos Principle or A Monster's Expedition, I was extremely excited to experience every challenge that the game had to offer. There are over 300 puzzles in this game, it has one of the coolest HUB's that I have ever seen in a puzzle game, and offers a consistent challenge from start to finish. So if you like fun puzzlers, Jelly is Sticky is a great choice for you!

Nice puzzle game, would not recommend for 100%-ers, as one of the achievements has been unobtainable for years.

Extraordinarily creative. The amount of juice this game gets out of its simple mechanics is stunning, and the focus on contraption-ish puzzles give it a pretty unique feel compared to similar games. Essential.

My spouse and I played this game via family sharing on another PC and that's why I only have 14 min playtime in this account (I replayed for 14 mins just to unlock the review option to support the developer). What an underrated game!

It's honestly a travesty that this game doesn't have more players/reviews, it's that good. I have always considered puzzle games like Baba Is You or Stephen's Sausage Roll to be the golden standard of puzzle games. While the puzzles in this game are [generally] not nearly as difficult as these other games, it still offers a satisfying and varied challenge, with a minimal ruleset, crafted with love and care with a wide range of different ideas and constructions, but most importantly, offers a taste of what made Baba Is You so incredible while drastically reducing the barrier of accessibility.

If you are looking for a reasonably challenging game that will knock you off your socks, this is the puzzle game for you.

Jelly is Sticky is great enough that I feel compelled to give it a day-one positive review. I think I'm almost done with the "early game" now, where each type of jelly is introduced with one-to-two-dozen puzzles each. The pacing could not be any better; there are lots of easy-to-moderate puzzles with a good stumper thrown in at just the right times. I suspect it will get much harder later on, but that would be fitting; the curve seems really stellar. On top of that, the designers seem to understand how to create a variety of types of puzzles; some are just visually pleasing, others look simple but are mechanically vexing, some are large, some are teeny tiny, and nearly every one presents a new twist of some sort. The game is rounded off by an elegant visual design and gorgeous ambient soundtrack -- probably the best puzzle game soundtrack I've heard since I played Bejeweled back in the day. It's also extremely easy to pick up and navigate; many points for the UX! My only criticisms are basically nitpicks; the idle "blinking" audio sounds like a notification sound which is startling. And the frame rate stutters for a few seconds when starting the game up, but it doesn't hamper playability. I haven't dug into the level editor much yet except to craft a "practice" version of a puzzle I was having trouble with (Swim). The editor seems a touch clunky but it comes with the territory; as long as it works... once I get to a satisfying conclusion with the main game, I am very excited to make some levels in this game and see what the community has made as well. Though it's not as mechanically unique, I think Jelly is Sticky is the best arcade puzzler since Baba is You, and an underrated gem!

The game's bugged. It's impossible to even get into the game
