Men at Work - 5 Star Reviews
I'm having a really tough time completing the Men at Work scenario, specifically completing the 20 five-star reviews in a day objective. I haven't had any issues with similar objectives in other scenarios and I'm wondering if there is a more sure-fire way to get these 5-star reviews.

I get mostly all perfect reviews with 0 complaints, but they are still only 4-stars. Is this level just purposefully really challenging in that way, or is there really something better that I could be doing?

Not sure what details about my restaurant would be helpful to include, so just let me know.

Make the dishes cheap, that usually helps. Also, environment matters. 5 stars means "outstanding!", not just "wow, the food is good"

I have the same issue and most of my dishes are described as "generous price" in the rewieves, I could never guess that i need to make it cheaper. It doesnt make any sense. The look of my restaurant is also very good (strong green everywhere where the clients sit). It really almost made me stop playing at all, especially that there's no way around this challenge.

i had the very same problem and the solution is fairly simple and nonsense, get to a point where you can work a day for free and, well, set every dish to 0% markup and that's it.

This is the first scenario I do really struggle with. Also as my guests constantly claim there's nothing they like on the menu when its full with their favorite stuff...

I am currently working on this one too. Have my prices at 600% instead of recommended 1100% (will try 0% next!) and there are no complaints about my restaurant. EXCEPT "Person XYZ is annoying" type of complaint. So I started instantly kicking out these annoying customers which helped to get 10-15 5-Star Reviews per day. Still not enough, but I just started giving out free meals for everybody.
Not a complete solution, but at least it raises my average 5 5* Review to 10-15

Edit: I just tried out putting prices to 0% (and still manually giving food for free to everybody) and kicking out annoying customers instantly finally finished this level!

I'm playing on Epic, but was struggling a bit with this also.
What I did:
1. Complete the bonus objective. It's not super important in other levels up to this point, but for this one it makes a HUGE difference. Focus on that before trying for 5 star reviews.
2. After #1 above and making sure your main dining area is working fairly smoothly (keep checking for better employees and reassessing how they're being put to work) - build an outdoor patio area. Make sure it looks nice. There are customers who prefer dining outdoors. My patio only had 2 tables for 4, but it helped. I also lucked out with a level 4 or 5 server who loved being outdoors, so he was my dedicated patio staff, and I set him to be the primary cleaner out there also since he only had 2 tables to work.
3. By the time I had 1 & 2 above done, my popularity (thanks to health inspections and influencers) was 100%. I had been raising prices as popularity did over time, and I was naturally getting a few 5-star reviews, but not nearly enough for the objective. At this point I let the game run through a couple of days to watch things progress, and racked up a bunch of cash. I was then able to A) add extra duplicate appliances (I had 2 of each and added a third to the ones that were bottlenecking - if your cooks are standing around with trays, it's a problem) and then B) drop the menu prices. I tried 700% but that wasn't enough, so I dropped to 400% and that did the job. You could drop it further of course.

Cleaning is really important in this level and helps to have dedicated people for this, even after completing the bonus.

I was getting desperate and been playing this level for a few days. Racked up close to 200k and was outrageously putting paintings all over to boost the green everywhere only to get 4 stars. Thanks to this tip, got 5 stars in less than 5minutes (deleted some tables ended up leaving 15 to accommodate 2-4 guests) yep all food at 0% is the key 🤣. Thank youuuuuuu!!!!!

Thank you!! I had everything else in check, and like almost 400grand..... 400% markup worked, got like 35 five star ratings really quickly after that
