Unable to progress the quest after a crash

I have not had any issues with crashes until the quest Intertwined. After using the resonance modulator on the harness, a video sequence started for a second, then a game pass achievement window popped up and the whole system froze. I had to reboot to get it to respond, but now I have the quest Intertwined stuck as if I hadn't used the modulator. It's asking me to use it as if it hadn't registered I've done it already, but when I port to Liminus, I have no quest marker above the harness anymore, I have no modulator in the inventory and no way to make another one, and when trying to run down the steps from Liminus gate, I run into an invisible wall. Needless to say, I'm too far into the game to start all over again. Is there any way I can fix this save as I cannot progress the game otherwise.

I would love to submit the logs but I have no idea where GamePass stores them. I did try searching for them.

Also, the game was running so smoothly I completely forgot to make regular saves. My last one before the current one is way back at the very start so that's not an option.

Resolved. Apparently running around the Liminus gate a whole bunch of times eventually hit on the right angle from the back of the gate to trigger the cutscene again and progress the quest. Will leave this in case anyone else gets stuck.
