manual detonate of ice mine

despite the tutorial of the ice mine saying you can manually detonate it just like the ensnaring blast, i could never get it to detonate. the game would rather have me throw a 2nd or 3rd mine rather than detonate

any enemy or new effect happening inside the radius will also detonate.

that doesnt address the issue that the game tells you that you can detonate it on command. so either it cant or its a bug
