I agree that it's weird to not be able to skip the credits, but you can just do something else for 5 minutes while they run. This isn't a billion-dollar "triple-A" game, so the credits aren't ridiculously long. (Sorry, devs, but I'm pretty sure most people don't watch the credits even if you make them unskippable.)
As it turns out, a lot of people care, because It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to be presented with unskippable cutscenes in this day and age. NOBODY does that ♥♥♥♥ anymore. Furthermore, nobody should have to force-quit out of a game just to escape a credit sequence. There's also absolutely no clear telling if loading back into the game after force-quitting it during the credits will actually drop the player AFTER the credit sequence, and if it *doesn't*, well then we've got to sit through the crap we've already seen, don't we? Why don't you go find out for us? That should only take you about 10 minutes.
We're actually implementing a fix for this in a future patch! 💛
Because it doesn't save your progress and it bugs the end mission if you alt+f4. You shouldn't be forced to sit through nearly 10 minutes of credits in order to continue to play the game.
