I didn't enjoy the demo but i'm really enjoying the full game.
It's not that they are much different but my frame of mind is.

Sometimes its just not the right time / frame of mind to try something. Other times its because you are expecting something else or aren't used to the mechanics. Whatever the reason i put the demo down but was interested enough to still get the full game.

I'd watched some preview videos as well which explained more of the mechanics and perhaps some stuff i sleep walked through in the tutorial (i'd skipped dialogue etc just to get to gameplay - my mistake)

So now going in with the patience to listen to the story, engage with the dialogue and also pay attention to the tutorials i'm already having much more fun. Even with that first dragon fight just knowing i could pin various parts of its body to the ground made it instantly more enjoyable.

The graphics look gorgeous in motion. A soft almost water color painted feel to them like a story book has come to life. The cut scene animations are really nice as well. I love the style and tempo of the animation.

Voice acting is really good and the score so far is very nice and builds on the atmosphere.

Performance wise i'm on a 3090 5800x3D and playing at 4K with almost everything at Max (the game auto configured). I always lock my games to 60fps because i want stable and smooth frames and this game runs flawlessly for me on my spec. I am also using DLSS set to Quality to reduce my GPU load down to 70% because i prefer to not run my system at max.

Hope that helps some who are on the fence.

I noticed in the demo the inventory space was filled up real quick. Does the full game change that with some sort of upgrade to it ?

So each stack of materials goes up to 99, but you can also expand your bag to take more types of materials (and your safe pouch!) by upgrading Casmyn's station. 😊

We are looking into expanding the base inventory in a post-launch patch though - we heard the feedback loud and clear! 💛

Yeah I’ll be honest I’m enjoying what I’ve played so far (on game pass) but how quickly the inventory fills up is just not fun :( I’ve gone from camp to south wall rise and it’s full already so I’m never getting anywhere cause I have to keep going back to camp. I’d maybe suggest each type of resource to have its own tab with the same amount of spots, and then you can upgrade each tab with the lady in camp? (Haven’t got that far yet)
I wish there was a quick swap for weapons. Maybe tapping Q or R would swap between spells or weapons. I find its too tedious to swap between ranged and melee weapons or toggle between spells mid combat.

you can bind your weapon so if like me you have a naga trinity or a mmo mouse is sweet for this game.

for exemple my sword is on 1, my bow on 2 my future two handed weapon on 3, 4 for ice and 5 for gravity spell.
