By the time you get to Upper Dynevron, you should already have a spell you can use to get over there (though you may need to upgrade it).

The spell Savatage79 refers to is much easier to use for this purpose, but it also unlocks much later in the game.

You can also use the Gravity Mine magic you get from the Arc of striken earth to essentially bomb jump over there, its what I did, but remeber that armor weight affects how far you get blasted away, I tried it with super light armor first and kept overshooting.

Kinetic 2handed sword could give you an additional boost if the bomb jump isn't long enough.

Yeah I recommend to practice Gravity Mine jump. It is tricky at first as any skill worth having, but once I learned it it became my most reliable way of getting anywhere and everywhere.

Also remember that if you press dodge right before the ground while falling, the damage is greatly reduced.

Huge thanks dude, it seems an obvious solution, but my dumbass didn't guess to use it. You can essential fly with this trick, if only there was enough mana.
