There's no tutorial / introduction yet as the game is still under heavy construction. The reason is that with updates the spended time to create a tutorial would become invalid whenever things change. But expect one whenever Marble World will go into full release.
As for the current state of the game, you don't need a special computer for it, as long as you have the minimum specs (available on the steam page) you should be alright!
You should be able to move around the room with the WASD keys and look around using the right mouse button. As for getting marbles, you can click on the Marble Spawner button in roughly the bottom left corner of your screen, click on one of the 2 icons and then move your mouse into the room. Whenever you click you'll place down a spawner. Now by pressing F (or press one of the buttons on the spawner) marbles should be spawning in the world!
There are also hotkeys that can raise/lower all gates at once, though since I use a foreign keyboard, I'm not sure what the button symbol will have for your keyboard. You can find the hotkeys in the settings menu.
You can hold down the right mouse button to look around, and using the W/A/S/D keys to move around. A tutorial is planned for next month to help you get around Marble World and learning about it :)
(p.s. there is a help page button in the top right corner which covers some basic info for now)
Does this happen during the tutorial? As far as I know there's no one else with this issue so I'm not sure if it's the game.
