The game is not working after the update

I've had many crashes with the latest version. I sent in crash reports, so the developers can see these. I didn't have so many crashes with the last version.

Two hours ago the game crashed for the first time. Mid play, just froze and had to close it with the task manager. Reopened the game, came up until battle starts and then just stayed there, nothing happend. Had to force quit it again. Now when I press on the battle button, not even the count starts. I do get the following animation for searching a match, but no count and nothng happens in the end.
Tried:
- to run the totorial again {works}
- reset computer
- verifying the installation
- updating all drivers
- uninstalling and reistalling the game

Still no effect, I can't get into a match...

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor
NVIDIA GeForce 3080
32GB RAM

I am in the same case, impossible to find a match I have the search animation without time counter and nothing happens, impossible to re-play.

Hi Melisa, I did and I was in a queue for 18 hours and then the WRF support.my.games/wrf_int went offline. After it came back my bug report was gone.
Now I'm in a queue again and hope it wont take another 18 hours to get a response.

Never thought this is going to take that long to get an answer for a bug that is present since the release... first report of it 24th of Nov., What is going on here?

No response on my support case yet. Although, I haven't had a crash for a while. Has the game crashed for you?
