Is this game not catching cheats?

In less than 30 seconds at the start of a game, one person on the opposing team activated the reflector, and our team didn't even have a single death.

I even specifically checked all the driver skills, and no one has a skill that allows you to use equipment right from the start.

I have a very high level deflector. In 30 seconds (I'll take the time as subjective) unless they were suddenly whipping massive damage at the start that's not really possible and it be legal.

Maybe a minute? At level 12 I can get it running pretty fast but not 30 seconds.

What Legendary Pilots (and specificlaly Kate Sinclair) DO have is a Level 5 talent that acts essentially as a weaker version of Reflector gear that always kicks in on loss of shields, with the same visual effect.

The developers are assured that, in a mathematically countable number of shop rolls, you can eventually obtain the same level 5 ability on a non-useless Common Pilot sold for Credits.

They are assured of it.
