War Robots: Frontiers

War Robots: Frontiers

Successful Robot Design
I call it the Warlord_
Chassis - Raven
Shoulders - Ares
Torso - Bulgasari
Weapons - Orkan + Magneto + Gozer + Rampart
Supply Gear - Energy Wall

Pilot Skills_
Pilot has a variety of Skills that don't really synergize or min/max but provide useful bonuses.

Robot Role and Theme_
So the idea is to be able to dump supressive direct and indirect point and aoe damage. It's a very mixed build but if the Orkans hit along with the Magneto and Rampart it rips Robots to shreds. The Gozer helps clean up critical enemies and gets me assists easier, does good damage too at a good range. My Energy Wall allows me to help buddies and protect myself - adding yet more to my ability to control the battlefield. The Ares Shoulders provide me with a big fat Shield Pool so I can play chicken a little harder than other folks and maintain my consistent damage output.

My Robot's Core Ability - Bulgasari Iron Rain - allows me to really wreck havoc on enemy positions. I can dislodge people really easily. Plus my weapons do splash damage too that can reach behind cover (indirect aoe damage).

Overall my Warlord is a multi-role perfect for assaulting Warp Points, dug in enemies, dueling, and defending Warp Points.

I'm loling at the Orkan and Magneto combo. They won't even know they been stickied with that missile spam going then you got gozer just ticking hp and causing anxiety only a gozer can do and then just for even more lulz a damn rampart lol. Max level Iron Rain is so good. I swear they buffed it.

Looks fun.

Oh yea dude. My little brother actually inspired me to try this concept of using a different weapon in each slot.

The idea is that the application of my damage potential is more dynamic. This makes me a hard counter to alot of builds. It also makes me less counterable. The only hang up is trying to hit max speed Robots. Also I'm strickly limited to short-medium range.

I think builds like this are going to be very dominant and break this early Noricum meta. I eat Noricum players alive. Because of their build they don't have much Fuel to juke around or fly above my firing arch. So I just devour them while they panic xD

Never worry Nori is on it's way out for being popular I see so much less now. Even I a user of that weapon am bored with the dmg. It was a good run to gold with it but after gold plays naw.

I adore builds that are just odd looking but have an effective hand strategy to em.
