War Robots: Frontiers

the least interesting and most tedious long ranged sniper combat in any game I have played recently
this could have been so fun.

if you shared your sniper custom design : it had made sens.
have you the heavy gauss rifle and the missile and the mortar on your chassis ?
all are 1000m range for your information.
i advice the umbrella perk for complete it.

I was playing a double sniper mech and doing nice damage. it's still too boring to play. all but 1 map are all long ranged sniper mechs. it's not fun or interesting to play.

At least let us pick what map and gamemode we play on, so I can avoid the 3 long ranged sniper maps.

I want to play this game, but it's not fun. sadly.

double weapon fail because you shoot them synchroneously.
if we can use them as in mechwarrior online using the one weapon after other it was better .
look the picture is captured this make lot of damage if you stay at the edge of the map.
every of the 4 maps have a sniper spot at each corner on top of building or moutains.
the map size like a square 1.5km

You should be able to fire any weapon independantly. this game could be so much more fun with just a few small changes.

I can make the robot in your picture, but I don't want to play long ranged peeking gameplay all the time, and that's what this game has to offer, mostly.

i have a single sniper but after few match i replaced the gauss by a heavy canon since its rare to be outranging.
i prefere medium distance but by experience the most rewarding is a fast mech with flamers and the invisibility torso.
i noticed than most of the engagement are in range of the gatling what is the best dps after the melee weapons especially because the short reload time .
i stromgly doubt they will add the sytem of cycling weapons or anything else new items and maps(less probable considering the previous opus)

it has so much potental. but it's just too slow and dumbed down.

My counter to all snipers is MISSILES INCOMING.

I too hate the alpha firing. Like lemme set my weapons to various groups like you...know mech games tend to do.

The mobile game has you tapping parts to shoot one a time etc. We lack this here. Just pure alpha firing and it's actually even bugging me "I didn't want to use gauss there. I wanted my rail guns to force em out then gauss" so you end up firing at the wall to time it out for yourself and that's just a dumb band aid.

Please give us grouping of weapons.

My last game. I used my gattlings to half clip just to do a basic "Buzz and shot with my bigger weapons" I'm just over here firing at a wall just to math the timing. It's so silly that forces it.

even worst is the few charging weapon that need to hold the key then trigger when release the key make all other weapons shooting and defeat surprise for melee.
for now i know a single electric weapon 450m range that do it and can make a chained arc up to 3 ennemys.
its hard to think a solution for using many of it even with the cycle weapon of mechwarrior.
