Game will not start
I get the "Game Start Error" and "Access denied" when I try to start from Steam. I submitted a ticket to "My.Games" website.

Support says they can't find my "account" but i'm logged into my account as I am communicating with them! Then i go through the process of downloading the files that "support" needs to diagnosis my issues but support says they can read the files and they need them in another format!! This is super frustrating! It is like "support" is not associated with the official game site =(

Hello, when logging into our website, make sure to use the account you play with, your Steam account in that case I assume. If you log in with anything else, our team can't check your account's history and data without your input.
Also, did you correctly contact the War Robots: Frontiers support team and not the War Robots one? Here is a link to the Support for our game: https://support.my.games/wrf_int
