Can't join a match

Every-time I click on (To Battle) all it does is brings up load screen for like a half a second and back to hangar. I have been experiencing this for the last 4 days. I'm about to ask for a refund. I can't play the game except for the tutorial and that's it. I didn't have this problem until I got the new update, and now I can't join a match at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, made sure my ports are open, and I still can't join a match on any of the servers.

A good amount of us in the same boat. Wait for the next Hotfix is pretty much all we can do for now. I know the frustration though..

It is very frustrating, I hope this gets fixed very soon, as I really enjoy this game over the original War Robots. I have an account with pixonic now upwake I guess. But I have been playing that game for a long time, but this game I prefer over that one.

Will we be informed of a fix or a workaround or anything about the progress of the issue? I played for a few hours yesterday for the first time and now this bug/issue has since prevented me from playing.

Since you are aware of this, will we be awarded some weapons or bot mechanics. I was trying to acquire the griffin parts and the new weapons, but since I can't join in a match, I can't build up in the levels to acquire them.

Should we be requesting a refund and wait till the issue is responded to formally and patch notes reflect that the issue is addressed/resolved?

Perhaps not a bad idea. After all it is about 1/3 of the current player base that can not play the game. And lets say that is 20 of a total of 60 players.... Anyway I did get a reply on my.games saying the hotfix is not planned before January 9th.

Yea, this is getting ridiculous. I can join a match but it's pretty pointless, it's next to impossible to get a game with another human.

I'm going to stop playing until everybody can join and we can actually have a multiplayer game.

Thank you for waiting. The fix is currently under development and the problem has been set with a high-priority status. While there is no ETA yet for the next maintenance session, I do hope that it will be launched within a week.
