Insane difficulty mod?

I need it so much. I specifically don't play on the simplest characters. It's incredibly boring. When I enter ranked, I play either against players who have 100 wins each, or against newcomers like me but who spam the SAME COMBO on the same character. and ye, hoping for 60fps ranked in 2nd game.

We can do some 1v1s if youre down. When I play ranked I win about 80% of the time. I just recently started running into some higher skilled players but overall, I usually win.
