How can I change the language (voices) to Japanese?

Maybe there's a bug because I've been trying for a long time and I can't. Just english. =/ Please, can anyone help me to fix it?

Make sure you are a the Title Screen itll say

Start Game
Options
Exit Game

Click options its the last setting and when you change it, make sure you apply the settings after.

Does it say changes applied after u apply it?

I don't know what you're doing wrong. I changed it to Japanese voices and it worked perfectly, but clearly you're either not applying the changes or pressing the right button.
