about the ultimate edition

I bought the ultimate version but there are still some dlc's that are not marked as "in the library" such as the "character pass" do I need to buy them to unlock all the content in this game?

I recently bought the ultimate edition which unlocks all the individual dlc. The dlc not mark as own are bundles for the same dlc that you already unlocked so they are duplicates and not needed. However, I think the only one that's not included with ultimate edition is the academy summer uniforms dlc so you will need to buy that if you want to unlock everything.

Yeah seems you're right the summer outfits are the only thing that you don't get with deluxe/ultimate, while ironically it gives you 2 dlcs about unlocking the specific character variations who can use 'em.
