Landscaping tools aren't very useful.

The landscaping tools are so limited and clunky. Need to improve the UI and add more complex landscaping tools such as tree brush, a way to remove trees (I might have missed it if it's already implemented). Leveling the ground isn't very useful either.

Should have learned from Cities Skylines and Transport Fever 2.

Yup. Trying to level a terrain is a pain.

I was able to level things out mostly by removing lumps then using the smooth tool. The level tool is really weird though. It was creating 45 degree inclines for me.

While doing tutorial I put in a harbor or something like that which caused roads to be way in the air. I tried to connect with a road as a ramp and realized I needed to raise the ground. When I did that I accidentally covered the port in dirt. I then tried to remove the dirt and level the ground to a slope. I gave up at that point and set aside the game to get more improvements before I play and get so frustrated I never touch the game again. Will be nice if I see the landscaping is made easier to use.
