Deploy one, setup waypoints in a circle around the island and connect the last waypoint to the first waypoint on the circle. The albatross will now loop (basically loitering) and then you switch to it, use the gimbal camera (attachment#2) and look around freely. Tag any enemies you like, call in fire support or take over control of (another?) albatross to lock on and fire IR missiles.
If you make sure you dont loop within 1000meters of the island, your albatross wont get shot by the basic seals. Also I think the altitude might go to 1000 meters (not sure if you can set this) so you are out of range most of the time anyway. Just don't make the loop too close to the island
