how to refuel the carrier?
i have captured the fuel island now but still don't know how i refuel my carrier. anyone?

Assign a barge to the island and make sure it is assigned to your warehouse island. Click on the island in the map screen and produce some fuel. Go to the stock tab, all the way down and put in an order for it. Then just wait for the barge to bring it to you.
