Yes. As stated in https://bitbucket.org/Developpeur3d/carrier-command-2-saves-editor, there path is "C/Users/"your comp name"/AppData/Roaming/Carrier Command 2/saved_games/"your game slot"".
If the game is installed on the pc (and I suppose, it has been launched at least once), the path should exist...
The First Save was a MP save. Dropping a Singleplayer save there resolved the issue.
That's a good catch. I'll do the necessary to avoid it in the next version.
Thank you.
Added the move island feature in the latest v0.12 and decreased crt effect among some minor improvements.
Moving island is an experimental feature. I've not tested very much and no error prone is in place actually. Tell me if it works correctly on your side.
I do like that you can now edit a map to create greater travel distance between the islands.
As mentioned in the readme file[bitbucket.org] the application has been done for solo saves. I don't play multiplayer, so I can"t/won"t adapt it to multiplayer saves.
- application is resizable
- checking update automatically
- some minor fixes.
- added loaded ammo (for 160mm canon and cruise missiles)

Thanks for the app!
Ok. I'll spend some time on it. You'll get it in next version.
- added color customisation (thanks to Zfall99 and kykeluna)
