It won't be obtainable until way late into game. You need to complete ending 3 and unlock a second part of story first then doing a quest given by a white rabbit during that part to access to it.

Ah ok, I just fell like I’m stuck cause I beat the queen and got ending 4 (the one when Alice won’t open the door I think) and my todo list just says “find Alice” “mad hatter lost something” and “Cheshire Cat is fond of you”. There is also an "x" on the map in Cheshire lair but whne i go there i cant do anything (fighting her does nothing)
