Can You Create Teams?

Hi there!
One of my favorite features on Madden, up until 2012 and on Football Pro '98 was the create-a-team mode. I would create my own league and create all of the teams with different uniforms, cities, and stadiums. Is this game able to do that?

So yes and no. You can create teams but it is hard. You can do the jerseys, logos, and uniforms. And ofc players but you have to replace a team.
