crash bug

everytime i press the start button a few seconds later im kicked out the game why is that?

once i start my season mode and load it in i crash..

i have searched for good football game for a while, which is WITHOUT scripting (rubberband), and this game is quite nice - at least since this 0.3 update, it is fun. And I 've tried Sunday Rivals (is OK, but arcadish), Axis football, and some others. Maybe Maximum Football will be the ultimate game, but as of now, this is the best. But I've played with roster.csv of NFL mod though! Also - I've change (decreased) all my offensive linemen strength to around 25-29!!! It leaves your QB small amount of time in the pocket.
So, using my set close to Default, with a small number of changes, I won with Rams against Broncos 21:0, lost to Ravens 28:35, lost to Bengals 10:13... all games were quite different, so it's very OK.
