Any Know Good Sliders?

I've tried some of the physics sliders and none of them are good. I've tried realistic just for it to be super unrealistic and dropping 70 on both teams. It also seems like my AI is absolute garbage but the CPU's aren't. I have 2.6 hours so I doubt I can get my refund
