Does anyone have any information on how to setup a server and where to change server settings?

Is there any detailed information for the server ini? I think most of them are self explanatory but a few are not. Also, I'm also wondering how one can make it so that raids on player territory can only be performed during certain times. I believe this is possible, isn't it?

We don't currently have support for offline raid protection.
