It's even more focused on squad building than SoW, with each character having many different abilities that you can set use conditions for (i.e. use heal on second turn, or use this attack when there's a heavy enemy unit with less than 25% hp left, that kind of stuff), personal equipments, unit type counters, and all that.
Downside is that there's very little strategy (as in unit movement, force distribution, etc) involved, as it's not a turn based game, and one squad can just fight as often as you want and just solo every map.
Edit: Edited to mention that is an actual NIS title and not just one that is similar.
Its a very old game that you could probably find online. I'd say "get an emulator and a rom" but of course that would be hiiiighly illegal so I wont. *nudgenudgewinkwink*
