Questions about new game+

I'm currently on chapter 30 getting ready for new game plus. I understand you can buy artifacts with memories but how does that works exactly? Are you able to buy the exact same artifacts you had on the moment of clear or will you have all the artifacts you got in the run available (including sold ones)? How about duplicates? Can you buy the same artifact more than once even if you only had one or can you buy as much as you had on the clear file?

What exactly carries over to new game+? Tomes, scrolls and proof of merit? How about medal of valor? Can you farm arena and buy tomes/scrolls on chapter 30 to sell in new game+?

As many as you had.

Yep. And Marks of the Risen.

Not sure, I didn't have any of those left.

No. You keep the items, but they're marked as being from new game + and cannot be sold.
