Dawn of the Risen
I am confused by the new game+ option "Dawn of the risen". It says that enemies will have an increasing ability to command the risen as the playthrough progresses. Then you get the options "disabled" "enabled" "all".
What is the difference between enabled and all?
Does the option have to be set for us to have risen units?

Enabled means the feature is on for just enemies (they will be able to summon Risen from combat interactions). All turns it on for the players as well, but you are still limited by your capacity on what you can summon into your squad, where enemies do not have this restriction. Selecting Enabled OR All allows Mark of the Risen to drop from any combats where you have defeated enemies so you can build up your own undead army starting from the very beginning.

The "normal" way to get into Risen mechanics is after a certain DLC chapter, via a DLC class and/or Artifact that can enable these mechanics for the squad(s) they are used in.

It is recommended to save this flag for a later playthrough/true NG+ if you want to experience the DLC Chapters or new difficulty fresh, as it can be quite transformitive to your playthrough.
