Recruits from Marketplace/Bazaar

Quick question. If you miss one awesome recruit, for example a legendary dude in Chapter 6. I noticed I lack the gold to buy him out unless I rearrange some stuff and go back a bit in save. But he is really perfect with stats and traits.

Was wondering if these recruits from bazaars can reappear later or its a one-time thing only?

You can save scum the save where it asks you if you want to save before the new chapter's cut scene and reroll the market place. Do it enough and the orange units will surface again. It is RNG though...so you might be there for hours.

Always a good idea to keep a float of around 10k-20K between chapters so you don't have to worry about save scuming or missing out.

thank you for your answers. I have about 16k now in the bank at around chapter 10. I will keep my eyes open for a good bazaar and hopefully some more legendaries.

Legendaries and dragons are the units you should focus on the most in Bazaars as they can only be gotten there (as far as I know) and cannot easily be replaced by leveling up a regular unit.

I think the chance is pretty high, probably 50% for both. If you have the dragon trait (T2) then dragons seems to appear to 100% at Bazaars (all except the first one), which means the number of dragons and legendaries you can get in a playthrough is fixed.

Of course getting a specific legendary you currently need is much harder to roll...
