Given the number of people who have the achievement, I'm guessing it's not that hard to do. Maybe it used to be harder?
I don't think so exactly. I think some get intimidated though by seeing her in action. Basically if you fail, when she counters she's going to wipe your squad out. If she attacks you, you're dead.
It isn't. All it requires is Stefan to ambush her. When you understand the Ambush mechanic, you can just move Stefan into an ambush spot and he will murder her. Her high dodge isn't good enough to beat a light infantry unit designed to Ambush people.
Ambushing is super, super good. Removing the opposing squad's first round means you get to act twice before the enemy does anything, and even then, what's left of them only gets one round of actions.
But my swordswomen didn't even Ambush and they still did way, way more damage than I'd have needed to defeat her twice over, just with their initial attack.
