Suggestion to fix Beatrix Overpowered Stats
Hi folks, as many of you may know, Beatrix is absolutely overpowered, especially with disarm.
You can solo win missions with her on warlord difficulty. So my suggestion to balance it would be:

either reduce her skl and magic stat by 35% or put a debuff on her after she attacked that reduces her Skl and Magic Stat for 50% for 1 or 2 Rounds temporally (that woud make sense storywise, because it taxes her so much after they tried to twist her.)

We are strongly considering removing the collaboration of disarm with powerful aoe magic attacks.

More like there isn't enough enemy paladin squads in the game to really stop the mages on your side but that wouldn't make sense in terms of the story.

I guess reduce the successful chance of Disarm that will do, and maybe even make the hard-capped at 50% or 75%? keeping the collaboration can leave players more option for game play, but you take a risk that it needs RNG for such overpower??

And for Beatrix, I guess can keep her power is because that's only reason player will use her (beside of love?? lol)but maybe change her attack from hit the whole team to random hit to enemy squad with a numbers of attack? the number of hit scale on her MAG max at 9 hits? just an example...

even without disarm she is realy overpowert (and there is still sin credo). Disarm is the way to solo everything. ( immortaly trait on her is strong to )

You can also simply disable beatrix's counter attack like with the cannons. Shes basically a cannon squad with the ability to attack on defense.

Also maybe she doesn't share the buff of Mage can attack on first round(Forget the name of that tech), since she is a powerful mage and that she needs time to ready the spell??

Just keep her power as the signature of her, but put more restrict on her that will do better than just nuff her right away??

sounds good. What about the fear of her and the others that she looses control? Make a 25% chance that she turns hostile after she attacked and you have to face her for one round bevor she becomes sane again?

I believe that will need to disable the quick save and load function first, otherwise is just annoying players for keep loading and saving...lol and I believe just make her uncontrollable one round(as npc alliance) that will be enough, turn hostile is too much?? atleast I will hate it so much....lol

She is strong, but I was able to do the same stuff by putting a few mages in a squad. Mages just do a lot of damage. So do cannons. I would probably make it so mages can't disarm, or only disarm a single target or something but I wouldn't really nerf her.

I can understand disarm being too powerful but talking about Beatrix nerf feels you guys want to make unfun balance change. When she joins, you can have plenty of squads that are overpowered as the difficulty is not that hard. She doesnt need a nerf, harder difficulties are what we need.

I understand what you want to say. To me it felt like the moment she joins everyone else is just boring. imagine in the early marvel movies (ironman 1 and 2 or Thor 1 and 2) Thanos with full infinity glove woud join the avengers. it is no fun anymore if one char takes away all challenge (even on warlord mode) and thats even the case whitout modifying her with traits and artifacts . Plus the fact i could beat my entire army with her squad alone (cant do that with anyone else)

Hmmmm. One person finds Beatrix too good to the point of making their game boring and now they want her nerfed for everyone.

Idk because personally, I still use everyone just fine after Beatrix joins and if I ever had the same problem as OP, I could easily not deploy her. Good thing it's an option.

If the devs want to "boss when you unlock them as a playable character" meme Beatrix, then so be it.
