Can you not reload Bazaar?

I went back one turn (Quicksave) to see if I can get different items, but no go. So are Bazaar offerings always et when you begin the tactical map?

Correct, the bazaar options are chosen as you as you begin a map, unless you completely quit out of the map and go back to home base, the bazaar options will not change.

Yikes. I guess I'd need to look up when Bazaars become available then in the future. My first one was in chapter 3, and I got nothing interesting offered except a Lightning Dragon baby.

Drakelings are currently the main reason to hit up every Bazaar. They are extremely rare outside of the Bazaar, and you can only buy one per Bazaar, so they're a very limited unit, and Dragon Riders are a fairly powerful late game unit. They do decent AoE damage (not as good as a Cannon or Fire Mage) but they are much much tankier, and can be used to make Flying units. While not as fast as Cavalry, the ability to fly over most terrain means they can be used to draw enemy units out of place or reach chests and capture points much quicker than Cavalry even though they are slower.
