Sentinel shouldn't be this hard to build

I am interested in more Sentinel instead of more Paladins. But i don't know if its my sheer luck but most spearmen I have encountered have very slow strength gain upon leveling and rely on either roast beef or dark trait in most cases to get the required 42 strength. My suggestion is to make the STR lower or improve the capacity for strength in those spearmen.

I tend to send everyone to skirmisher and then ranger school till they hit the strength requirement for zweihander, then they go to soldier or spear school to upgrade to the higher tier classes.

You can also use the sword route to Sentinal, gives 2 more str than spear. Also look for Str boosting affinities like lightning, fire or dark. You can always switch to Earth later.
