Secret triggers

I've been running around floors 2 and 3 looking for whatever item I need to interact with in order to unlock the last secrets on each floor. Is it just suspicious terminals that are the unlock triggers for these doors or are there other interactibles I need to keep an eye out for?

Is there an easier way to find them? I'm paranoid I might be glitched with one on floor 2 and I cannot think of where else to look.

They can be tricky to find! Sometimes there's an Uber Door hidden behind a false wall too... If you use the in-game Feedback tool, be sure to include your save file, and title your feedback "Secret triggers", I can check and see if it's a map generation issue or just really well hidden :D

I have actually yesterday used the bug reporting tool, one terminal on floor 2 had the "looks suspicious" text but I could not interact with it and it had the green activated texture.
